Our licenses listed under FITNESS MIXES are valid for one mix compilation each. The one-time, non-exclusive purchase of a user license entitles you to use and publicly perform the licensed royalty-free music as background music in the context of individual audiovisual online LIVE-streaming videos (films) + video on-demand + DVD, according to the total length of the respective Mix Compilation (project-related licensing). The conditions for the two tariffs are as follows:
Standard License
- trainer, teacher, coach, therapist & natural persons
- commercial use & distribution for self-marketing
- no direct money earning with the project (e.g. within a paid prevention course or a subscription service)
- streaming via social platforms including: Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Zoom, Twitch, etc. + own website
- no sublicensing of the video (film)
- no mechanical duplication
- download the tracks for use
Business License
- for freelancers and physical companies (gyms, sports clubs, etc.)
- commercial use & distribution for self-marketing
- earn money directly with the project (e.g. within a paid prevention course or a subscription service)
- streaming on social platforms including: Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Zoom, Twitch, etc. + commercial website
- sublicensing of the video (film)
- mechanical duplication as DVD (up to 1.000 pieces)
- download the tracks for use
The displayed prices include the legal value added tax.
To acquire the respective license we need the title, length, location (medium) and release date of the planned video(s) (film).
If your desired type of use is not listed for your planned media project (e.g. commercial on radio, TV or cinema, App, Games, Podcast, DVD, etc.), please send us an inquiry and we will be happy to make you an individual offer.
The user licence and royalty-free exemption guarantee you a legally secure and carefree use of the music without the payment of royalty fees and costly subsequent licensing.
