BodyGrip is a license-free group fitness program that includes classic elements of barbell training such as deadlifts, squats and related exercises. The difference to other programs, however, is that two interval units are also included in the workout. In addition to the classic strength endurance training, the interval units, consisting of 4 x 30 seconds workout & 15 seconds rest, round out the workout. Whether these interval units are used in the training is up to the trainer. ( See combination options in the menu). Another important point is that there are no licenses that have to be paid by the trainer or studio. Therefore there is also no credit system. The trainer alone decides when and how long he wants to use a release. He can even freely combine individual exercises from different resleases. We have deliberately chosen electronic house dance music with special beats and rhythms that motivate and engage the participants. Bodygrip's music is perfectly matched to the exercises. An easy-to-understand workout plan and visual videos help the trainer to better understand the process. BodyGrip offers all trainers who no longer have a license for other programs the opportunity to design their lesson freely and dynamically.
