Deliveries within Europe are calculated according to time and effort.

The respective shipping costs will be indicated to you in the shopping cart after entering the place of delivery and calculated accordingly.

If your order includes several items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment if not discussed with you differently.

All orders received by us to 12 noon on a working day will be send the same day per DHL. The goods will arrive within 3 to 10 business days.

Poland
All orders received by us to 12 noon on a working day will be send the same day per DHL. The goods will arrive within 4 to 10 business days.

With the order number you automatically receive for each order, you always have the current status of your package in view.

Pickup
The order can also be collected at the address stated in the imprint
To do this in the ordering process, select the self-pickup type of delivery.
In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

The pick-up times and addresses are displayed accordingly in the order process.

Returns
Basically, we only accept original packaging. Downloads are excluded from the right of return!

If you want to return the goods due to being "not satisfied", you have to pay the postage costs! Non-free packages can not be accepted.
